Minimum stay 3 nights. The weekly price includes the one-off cleaning fee of €140.

Would you like to spend the winter on the Costa del Sol? For stays of two months or longer we offer a special rate. This applies to the low-season months, November to March. Send us a request with your dates and number of guests, and we will get back to you with a personal offer.

Paying and cancelling
How do I pay?
You pay online when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Up to 30 days before arrival you get everything back. Up to 14 days before arrival you get half back. After that, no refund is possible. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is wise.
Is cleaning available during my stay?
Yes, if you like. A cleaner can come Monday to Friday for an extra charge. Let us know in advance.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Generally speaking, booking directly is cheaper than booking via a platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, for example.
Do you offer long-stay rates?
Yes. For stays of two months or longer in the low season (October to April) we offer a special rate. Send us a request via the contact form and you will receive a personal offer.
