Sun on the terrace, shade in the garden
The apartment has two outdoor spaces. Have breakfast in the sun on the front terrace, and retreat to the garden with its sun loungers when the afternoon gets hot.
Sea-view terrace
A dining table for four and a lounge corner under a canopy. From here you look out over the rooftops to the Mediterranean.
Private fenced garden
Artificial grass, two sun loungers and lounge chairs. The garden is fully fenced, so small children can play here safely.
Outdoor pool
The complex is small, so you often have the pool to yourself. Open from May to October, 9 am to 9 pm.

Cotton bed linen, blackout blinds and wardrobes so you can properly unpack. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

A good room for children or friends. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

A kitchen you’ll actually cook in
The open kitchen with island has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. For the mornings there is a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Oil, salt and pepper are provided.

We’ve now stayed here several times and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The flat is wonderfully clean and tidy. Thanks to the balcony and the garden on two sides, there’s plenty of sunshine and loads of spots to relax. Having two bathrooms is also a real bonus. A lovely place we’d love to come back to!

The apartment is on the edge of Estepona in a quiet neighbourhood. Aldi and Mercadona are a few hundred metres away. You can walk all the way along the sea to the harbour and the old town.

Good to know
Do I need a car?
Not for the beach or the supermarket: both are within walking distance. For day trips to Marbella, Puerto Banús or Gibraltar a rental car is handy. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are also available.
When is the pool open?
From May to October, 9 am to 9 pm. The pool belongs to the owners’ association, which sets the exact dates. If it is closed for maintenance or drought measures, we cannot offer a refund.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights. Longer stays are welcome too: with air con, heating and fast Wi-Fi the apartment is comfortable in winter as well. For two months or more between October and April we offer a special long-stay rate on request.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 11 am. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Just ask, we can often arrange something.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. The garden is fully fenced, everything is on one level and there is a lift. A travel cot, high chair and children’s tableware are available on request.
Where do I park?
For free in the underground garage of the complex, with a lift up to the apartment. Note: the kerb at the entrance of the complex is quite high, so drive over it at an angle.
Why do I need to provide my passport or ID?
Spanish law requires every holiday let to register its guests with the authorities. Before arrival you enter your name, address and passport or ID details online.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside.
